As Centre Manager you will have strong business acumen with proven abilities to build and manage relationships with staff, whanau/parents and the community. Our community means everything to us, this is reflected in the Koha shed we provide for those close to us who are in need.
People are at the core of what we do, and the successful candidate will be responsible for not only teaching our tamariki, but coaching and mentoring our team to ensure the delivery of quality education and care. Experience in leading a team is required along with an ECE teaching qualification, full NZ teachers registration and knowledge of current ECE practices and Ministry regulations.
